I see a person’s time in counseling as a pivotal season in their life where they are at last ready to make significant changes to move their lives forward.

A bit more about me

I absolutely adore my work – For 15 years it has been my work and passion to meet people in their most difficult life challenges.

Unlike accountants, plumbers and cab drivers it is essential — for the efficacy of therapy — that you feel a connection with your therapist.

headshotIf I am not the right fit, I am connected to, and aware of, lots of other therapists, centers and services of all different stripes throughout the Denver metro area. Feel free to email me at kelley@kelleygray.com and I’ll do my best to help direct you.

As a continuing education nerd, I follow the work of several leaders in the field of psychotherapy. The majority of my training has been in trauma processing, specifically EMDR which I have found useful for many clients I work with, even if they have never had what they would describe as a traumatic experience.

I love variety in my work and I thrive on working with diverse populations. I have worked a great deal with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, addictions, eating disorders couples, individuals, grief and loss, divorce, parenting issues, single adults and childhood abuse.
